History & Beliefs
History
Pastor Denis and Gwen moved to Brownsburg to plant a spirit-filled church that would provide a home for the broken, lost and lonely. On September 13, 2009 that church was born! For the next 9 years we saw God’s incredible hand of provision sustain us as we continued to grow and move from one temporary location to the next. Although our location was never permanent our presence here in this community became a constant. Each year we handed out 7000 popsicles at the July 4th Parade, we hosted a Sports Camp for 150 kids during Fall Break and we filled 10,000 Easter Eggs by hand for our annual Easter Egg Hunt. In 2011, our creativity and our willingness to think outside of the box, caused us to be featured in a USA Today article!
In 2015 we became a member of the Vineyard Association of Churches which gave us the relationship and resourcing that helped us to more effectively reach our community.
On March 20th, 2018 God miraculously provided us with a permanent location at 6690 US-136 E. The church, who previously occupied this building, closed down and gave the building and all its contents to us! After 9 years of being a mobile church with no permanent location, God did the impossible and provided us a home.
There is one thing that has been made clear to us, throughout our crazy and exciting journey, it is that God is so faithful to meet us exactly where we’re at with exactly what we need. We want to invite you to join us as we continue this journey.
